Dr. Sangita Jindal, PhD, HCLD is an internationally respected clinical laboratory leader in reproductive medicine and IVF, serving as Professor and IVF Laboratory Director in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Women’s Health at Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Montefiore Medical Center in New York. She brings more than 25 years of experience directing high-complexity clinical IVF laboratories and advancing quality, compliance, and best practices in embryology and laboratory operations.

Dr. Jindal’s career is defined by her commitment to elevating laboratory standards, mentoring clinicians and scientists, and driving translational research that bridges evidence-based practice with operational excellence. She currently serves on the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Board of Directors. She served as President of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) and Co-President of the Society for Reproductive Biologists and Technologists (SRBT). Dr. Jindal contributes on a national level to practice guidelines, research agendas, and professional development initiatives.

She supports IVF programs nationwide as an off-site laboratory director and is frequently invited to speak at international scientific meetings. Dr. Jindal has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and serves on editorial and review boards for leading reproductive science publications.
