Peter Albany is Head of Program Management and Software Development at AutoIVF, where he leads software execution and delivery processes that connect product requirements to implementation in a regulated environment. He brings deep experience building software teams, shipping multi‑platform applications, and establishing program management and design‑control workflows—from planning and risk management through documentation, reviews, and release readiness.

Most recently, Peter was Senior Director of Program Management and Software Development at MicroMedicine, where he initiated program management for the product development portfolio and strengthened design control processes to support regulated productization. Prior to that, he led software development and project delivery across medtech and technology organizations, including RainDance Technologies, Still River Systems, and Cytyc, with a consistent focus on execution discipline and scalable development practices.
