Dr. Kelle H. Moley, MD is Vice President of Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Health at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where she advances clinical and scientific strategies to improve outcomes in reproductive and maternal health. She is a distinguished physician-scientist with more than three decades of experience spanning academic medicine, nonprofit leadership, global health strategy, and translational research in women’s reproductive biology.
Dr. Moley’s career began in academic medicine, where she spent 30 years at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine, rising to become James P. Crane Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Vice Chair of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Chief of Basic & Translational Research, and Director of the Center for Reproductive Health Sciences. Her research on reproductive physiology and metabolic influences on development garnered international recognition, including election to the National Academy of Medicine.
After academia, she served as Chief Scientific Officer at March of Dimes and as Deputy Director of Reproductive Health Technologies at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she shaped strategic platforms to address sexual and reproductive health equity globally.
